Dear Friends
Happy to see you all back! And very warm welcome to all New Parents joining our community!. We know that especially for Nursery Parents these are very exciting days! Being your fellow Parents we are very happy to assist you in any way we can.
We like to invite you to join our Parents Teacher Association. We as Parents can do a lot to support our Kids and the School, like joining one of our committees, activities, helping new parents, etc, etc . . .
Being an IB school Parent, you will discover that you have a very important role in your kid’s School life. Some new coming Parents commented that they were surprised to see how much Parents are involved at CIS. That is a great thing and we hope that this will keep growing. The PTA can be a great tool for Parents to share experiences and help each other when our Kids have a problem or when we find it difficult to communicate with Teachers or School.

PTA Agenda:
AGM Annual General Meeting on Monday 30th August 2010.
Welcome Party On Thursday the 9th of September 2010. The party will be a welcome party for teachers, parents, kids & CIS staff. The venue will be at Oakwood (Bangna Towers). School and PTA will share the cost of the party.
PTA Outing Will be held in November and will include some community service activities. As this is the 10th anniversary of CIS, it has been suggested that we do a community service project in our school. The school and PTA will cooperate on this.
Winter Carnivals Friday the 14th of January 2011 is set as the date for Winter Carnivals. The event will start after lunch and continue until sunset...
PTA Meetings Regular monthly PTA gatherings usually from 08:15 until 09:15 in the PTA room. |
